Job Description:
As part of the HR Transformation BT is implementing Position Management within the People System to enable greater control over workforce management and planning. Position Management enables the global definition of organisational structures and roles including the allocation of resource to a specific role.
The role holder will be accountable for design, build, maintenance and governance of the Organisation Hierarchy within BT’s People Systems. They will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Organisation Hierarchy structure and all related data within BT’s HR Systems during the life of the HR Transformation Programme.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the design, build and governance of the Organisation Hierarchy structure and all related data for their CFU
- Partner with key stakeholders, Global Process Owners, Product Owners, Solution Administrators, sharing knowledge
- Accountable for maintaining the integrity of organisation hierarchy structure and data in BT’s HR system
- Working collaboratively with Finance colleagues to ensure the organisation hierarchy is fit for purpose across HR and Finance
- Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in various internal forums
Job Requirements:
- Experience in data management and systems data maintenance
- Some experience/knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Organisation and Position Management functionality (Employee Central Module)
- In-depth knowledge of Organisation Hierarchy management and experience of reorganisations
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Understanding of the HR function within a global corporate organisation including local HR legislation impacts on systems and processes
