Job Responsibilities:
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by immediate supervisor or management
- QSHE co-ordination and follow ups in the branch.
- Handling an extensive portfolio of personal, secretarial and administrative duties.
- Arrange functions and coordination of functions.
- Assist with bi- monthly Management meetings and taking minutes.
- Manage grocery and stationary requirements for the branch.
- Provide Administrative support to the Executive Team
- Management of sales activities and reporting
- Travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Compilation of letters, reports, business proposals and preparation of presentations.
- Liaison with clients, suppliers, service providers and VIP guests.
- Co-ordination of conferences, workshops, seminars, etc.
- General Executive support functions.
- Handling sudden, unexpected situations requiring maturity.
Job Requirements:
- Office 365 (Teams, OneNote, Forms), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Minimum qualification – Matric / Grade 12 plus Logistics degree an advantage but not essential.
- 2 years’ experience in a managerial secretarial capacity.
- 5 years’ working experience
- Drivers License & own vehicle
- Ability to work overtime as and when required
