Job Description:
Responsible for co-ordinating and processing administrative procedures in a retail branch to ensure accurate recording and reporting of business processes:
Job Responsibilities:
- Compile monthly statements for Head Office
- Managing debtors and creditors
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Supervision of the cash office
- General administrative duties
- Handling of petty cash
- Direct payment to suppliers
- Manage leave and overtime applications of staff
- Handling client queries and claims
- Ordering of stock & stock control
- Assisting with grv’s
- Daily banking of cash office recons
Job Requirements:
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of cash balancing as well as petty cash
- Computer literacy (MS Office Packages)
- Planning and organisational skills
- Relevant post-matric qualification
Qualification & Experience:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Accounting Experience
- 3-5 years relevant experience in a retail administrative environment. Two years must be as in a Supervisory administration position.
